Friendly, patient and passionate tutor with over 10 years’ experience supporting students’ learning in Mathematics and across general subject areas, gained through private tutoring, volunteer teaching and university-level instruction. My Approach
I begin every new tutoring relationship by assessing the student's current level — their existing understanding, strengths, and any gaps in their foundational knowledge. From there, I build a personalised learning plan tailored to their specific needs, pace, and goals, rather than following a one-size-fits-all program. Lessons are structured to strengthen weak areas first, reinforce core concepts, and gradually build confidence and independence. I regularly review progress and adjust the plan as the student develops, ensuring the teaching stays aligned with where they are and where they need to go.
