About Emily Beatrice
With a background in mental health and psychology, I believe in the power of the mind-body connection for improving people's quality of life and well-being.
After having practiced yoga for over 7 years, I noticed significant benefits on my mental and physical health. Thus, I recently decided to enroll in a yoga teacher training in India and have now integrated yoga to help my clients as a mental health & intellectual disability support worker.

I'm a gentle and adaptable yoga teacher (RYT 200), certified in Hatha, Vinyasa, and restorative practices, offering sequences and mindfulness modalities grounded in scientific research.
As a psychology graduate, I center my classes around evidence-based practice and discuss with you what may best serve your well-being on any given day.
I also work as a mental health & intellectual disability support worker, which has led me to offer trauma-informed and neurodivergent-friendly classes.
My classes can help for improving symptoms of:
- Depression
- Anxiety/Stress
- Burnout
- ADHD
- POTS
- Menstrual issues/Endometriosis
- Lower back pain
- Chronic pain
As an avid gym-goer and climber, I also enjoy creating sequences for people who are active and are looking to improve their performance and mobility, restore on rest days, or simply mix-up their fitness routine.
I offer classes across the lifespan and for individuals of all abilities (excluding pregnant women). Classes usually go for 60 minutes.
