I am a mental health nurse from Ireland. I did my yoga teacher training in India. I use yoga every day to help improve my body, mind, and spirit and would love to share my techniques with people.

About Ciara
I have always had a desire to help people from a young age. I grew up in Ireland and I studied Mental Health Nursing since 2009. I have vast experience in dealing with people and making people feel comfortable and at ease. I am understanding and will do my best to meet your individual needs. I wanted to offer more to people, so I trained as a reflexologist also. I have developed a passion for yoga over the past few years and got to complete my teacher training in Rishikesh in India, which was a dream come true. I feel passionate about sharing my knowledge as it really has helped me in so many ways.

I believe it is important to get in tune with our bodies and how we move. Connection to our bodies gives us better abilities to heal and to understand ourselves. I have learned through yoga that with consistency in your practice, you will see huge health benefits for your body, mind, and spirit. I would like to work with people and develop personalized sessions that will suit your needs and work to your ability. I know over time with practice and motivation you won't look back and you will incorporate this ancient practice into your daily life.
