I am a long term practitioner of Yoga (10 years) with a personal background of PTSD, Anxiety and Depression. I have learnt that Yoga effectively heals and balances the body-mind complex when approached correctly. It is an honour to share.

My philosophy of teaching Yoga is to empower the student to become their own teacher; to feel into what feels right for them and to act accordingly. This not only allows the student to take ownership of their practice, but cultivates the tendency to align intention with action, leading to living a more integrated and happier life! :)
