I am a dancer, singer, and writer. I have a degree in Architectural Design and am now pursuing a degree in Movement/Expressive Art Therapy and Ethnomusicology. I am beginning to offer private lessons for individuals interested in exploring these practices.

I'm studying movement and expressive art therapy at Mount Holyoke College where I specialize in somatic vocal work, sound healing, and non-linear intuitive movement. I'm offering private lessons for individuals seeking to explore how these practices can be used for stress management, relaxation, healing, and transformation. My teaching method is dynamic, attentive, creative, and responsive to individual needs and interests. Together we will work with a variety of practices and techniques, including breathe, voicing and sounding, mindfulness, journaling, story-telling, and body awareness.
