About Ana
500 Yoga Teacher Training certified. I have been practicing Yoga for over eight years. Alongside offering massage therapy to clients for over eleven years, the power of self-healing and bodywork is a passion of mine. I am a full believer in movement is medicine. After breaking my ankle this year, working on my own rehabilitation, I was back to running long distance 12 weeks later. Was still practicing yoga daily, this helped with both my physical and mental health. I instruct Yoga at a gym here in Taupo, New Zealand and absolutely love helping people achieve their goals and create that mind, body, and soul connection.
