About MAHESH
Experienced Yoga Teacher with over 5 years of teaching experience in personal and group training, both online and in-person, in Sydney. Skilled in embodying and guiding practices rooted in Holistic Yoga, Ashtanga, and Mental Health Aware Yoga, drawing inspiration from the traditions of Krishnamacharya and the Bihar School of Yoga. I offer individualized, and group lessons for students of all levels and abilities, starting from the age of four.

Highly Experienced Yoga Teacher in Sydney region with a person-centred approach, meeting students exactly where they are on their journey. I offer Holistic, Multi-style Yoga rooted in traditional principles and values, with integration of Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda.
I provide individualized lessons, and group lessons—online or in person—for students of all levels and abilities, including children (from age four) and individuals navigating mental health challenges. My teaching embodies both compassion and depth, supporting physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing through the timeless wisdom of Yoga.
