About Abhishek
Well, i am Yoga Alliance certified Yoga Teacher. I was going through a lot of bad stuffs in my life 2-3 years back and yoga helped me and gave me power to go through hard times and gave me a purpose in life . Yoga has uncountable benefits and many people do yoga when they are low or have diseases, but i would suggest, do yoga to avoid any diseases in future and know what is the real purpose of this human life.

Namaste, For online classes i charge 800rs for 45- 55 minutes class and if you want me to teach you at your location then in that case i charge 2000rs per class. If you want to take classes for the whole month then i can you give you some discount also.
