About Kira

Each class is a space where you can be yourself, move to the rhythm of music, and enjoy the process. I create individual training programs according to the student's level and goals. Who are these classes suitable for: • children aged 8 and older; • gymnasts of any level; • figure skaters;

About the lesson

• Classical dance (ballet) — basic technique, work on the body, arms, flexibility, lightness, and purity of movement.

•Choreography for gymnasts — stretching, plasticity, jumps, turns, artistry, strength training, work on weak areas.

• Choreography for figure skaters — lines, expressiveness, plasticity, coordination, torso, work with the center, elements for programs.

As a parent, I truly appreciate the teacher’s professional and caring approach. She creates a supportive and structured environment where children feel confident and motivated. My child has grown not only in ballet technique but also in focus and self-confidence. We are very grateful for her work.
