Since childhood, doing judo, weightlifting, marathon run, I came to conclusion that professional sports unfortunately leads to injury and depletion of body resources. Though I wanted to be healthy, active, enjoy life! For me, yoga is the path of truly harmonious development, not only of the body, but also of the personality. A hobby that has become a way of life.
