About Rachel
I am a native English speaker from England. I have a bachelor's and master's degree from the University of Sussex and the London School of Economic Science (LSE) respectively , both Russell Group universities. I have been tutoring English for many years, including preparing students for EFL exams to enter UK universities, helping students to improve their grades at school and enabling professionals to conduct meetings, give presentations and interact with their colleagues with increased knowledge and confidence. I enjoy getting to know my students' backgrounds and their particular English language needs so I can tailor - and adapt - our lessons to meet their objectives so we are both satisfied with the results. When my students succeed, I succeed!

I will tailor our lessons to your needs and objectives. We will use a variety of material which is relevant to you but also interests you, in order to make sure you progress in spoken and written English as well as comprehension, depending on your objectives. Whether you need to focus on conversation, tricky grammar areas, writing essays or reports, delivering presentations, preparing for an exam or test, or simply gaining confidence and knowledge across all areas of English language, our working time together will reflect this so you can advance and improve. I typically give lessons of one hour or 90 minutes, depending on needs.
