My teaching technique is to consider learning or improving your skills as an enjoyable, engaging challenge! Lessons shouldn't be boring...they should be an hour you look forward to, and then leave the session with improvements and a smile.
I use many different techniques to engage students: conversation, role play, grammar activities, group work if they are the sessions you are looking for.
I try to make sure I know my students well enough to appeal to their passions and aims rather than a 'one size fits all' approach. We are all unique in what we want and how we learn.

Stephanie has years of experience teaching in schools worldwide. Hallo Zusammen, ich hatte Stephanie als Englisch Lehrerin und kann sie nur empfehlen. Sie ist eine klasse Person, sehr geduldig mit einem und man lernt viel. Steph has been a great help in helping me with my business and conversational English. I have classes in the past and didn't learn a lot, with Steph my confidence has grown a lot.
The teaching style Steph uses is very relaxed and makes you feel very comfortable which I think helps to grow your confidence in a conversation in English. The syllabus was taylored to my language needs and we took the classes at my speed. I have noticed a big difference in my spoken english since I have started to learn with Steph.
I recommend this teacher a lot!We have asked Ms. Rose to train one of our candidates. We assumed, that his English would improve slightly. Little did we know, how well it actually improved. Ms Rose has managed to teach not only conversational and business English, she has also improved the self confidence of our candidate to speak in a foreign language.
