About Kit

I am a Social Worker and Nature Based Therapist who supports people to connect to nature to improve their health and wellbeing. I have been working as a counsellor and group facilitator for the past 20 years and am very passionate about helping people live a more positive life. The process that I work with a very simple and help to reduce stress, anxiety and depression in your life.
