About Harper
I treat every session as a diagnostic exercise to see where your logic is currently breaking down. We identify your gaps in knowledge before we attempt to solve complex mensuration or calculus problems. My background in financial mathematics at UNSW allows me to explain these concepts through the lens of modern commerce.
I provide mock tests with rigorous error analysis before your actual exams to ensure you perform consistently. I find that most students struggle with specific steps in algebra, so we focus on those gaps specifically. This is not about guessing the answer, but rather building a robust process that yields results every time.

Mathematics requires a blend of mental agility and structural understanding that spans far beyond the textbook. After finishing my Master of Science in Financial Mathematics and BSc CS, I spent 8 years in the fintech industry solving real world problems with code and logic. My 4 years of experience as a tutor have shown me that students often fail because they lack foundational intuition in statistics or coordinate geometry.
