About Mrigendra Narayan

I am a trained actor, graduate of National School of Drama, New Delhi in the year 2012. My debut film is Sonali Cable in 2014 produced by Ramesh Sippy Entertainment. I have been working as an actor in Hindi and Assamese films. My background is theatre. I have been training newcomers, aspirant actors across the country through my workshop and also a visiting faculty of Mumbai-based acting institute. Have acted in more than 40 plays and worked with best theatre directors in the country. I have acted in films like Nanak Shah Fakir, Drive, Satellite Shankar, Kooki, Shadow Assassins and more. I have done the lead role of National award-winning Wancho language (Arunachal Pradesh) film The Head Hunter. My role in Assamese widely popular film series Local Kungfu 2 & 3, Local Utpaat are very much acclaimed by the Assamese audience. I am the casting director and co-writer of the Hindi feature film Kooki.

About the lesson

I would like to introduce myself as an actor and a trainer to aspirant actors who want to hone their skills to become a professional in the entertainment industry. Well, my method is simple, which is do not fall into any method and follow your instinct and spontaneity to deliver what needs to be delivered in given circumstances. For that, one needs to know the way to achieve it. So here I am going to help you to know yourself, your inner abilities, and explore the unexpected from within yourself. Special audition techniques and camera-friendly notions are to be taught to work in the Indian film and television industry.
