About Christopher
My goal is always to help students to understand what they’re doing. Some of the math we do in school doesn’t feel like it fits into everyday life but it’s more than that. Practicing mathematics keeps your mind sharp and often times creates a base of knowledge that can be built upon in other classes like chemistry and physics. Seeing someone struggle through problems and then slowly gain traction is one of the best feelings for both instructor and student.

As an instructor in the Navy’s nuclear training program I instructed hundreds of students over several years in basic mathematics, pre algebra, algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and pre calculus, helping to refine skills and gain new ones to support their goal to operate nuclear propulsion systems on naval vessels.
