About Mateeya
I am 35 years old. I was borned in Paris, France but lived a bit everywhere in the world: Spain, Brazil, South Africa, Guadeloupe and India.
I can teach yoga in different languages.
My mission is to teach and heal my students and patients through yoga, therapy and mindfulness. It is my biggest passion

About the lesson

I was trained in Rishikesh India and has been teaching worldwide ever since. I can teach in English, Portuguese, Spanish and French.
My classes start with Pranayama (breathing techniques) for grounding, then the Asana parts, then the Savasana
I also can chant mantra although I know not everyone likes it but it can be part of my teaching too
I am also a therapist and a health coach and I can address health issues holistically
Tailored according to your needs.
During the mind-body connection is something that I strive to encourage in students to help them lead a more balanced and peaceful life.
