About Patricia
As a 200 RYT certified yoga teacher who has attended numerous intensive workshops to develop my teaching skills in therapeutic yoga, I have extensive experience teaching yoga both in Australia and overseas, in the following styles: Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, VinYin, Yin Yoga, Slow Flow, Alignment Flow. I have been a committed yogi for 14 years, practising in the following styles Ashtanga, Bikram, Power Yoga, Iyengar, Gentle Hatha, Anusara.
