I am an accountant from England who has lived in Brisbane for the past 2 years. I have worked in several schools in Oxford and Bath as a maths tutor since graduating in 2012. Every child I have taught has picked up my enthusiasm and passion for maths and have all obtained excellent results.

I feel I am very good at seeing the situation from another person's point of view, I am adaptable so if one technique isn't working I am able to change the way I do things to make it easier to understand. The best thing to do for a student is be understanding and patient, there is nothing worse than a child getting frustrated and losing interest because they just don't understand. Every child is different so you need to be able to adapt a technique in order for each person to fully understand.
