About Subrata
I am a research fellow, currently working in virology. I have done my Graduation in Microbiology and completed M.Sc in Biotechnology from the University of Calcutta with experience of working with infectious diseases. Following that, I have qualified CSIR-UGC NET JRF.Currently, I am pursuing my Ph.D from CSIR-Indian Institute of Chemical Biology, Kolkata and working in the field of Herpes Virus, Hepatitis B and SARS-CoV-2.

My main priority of teaching is the basic understanding of the subject... Biology is a very simple and easy subject, and I feel students should connect to it instantaneously if they are taught properly. Day to day examples makes it easy to relate. Students are encouraged to ask question whiout any hesitation.
