I have been practicing Yoga for some years and I trained as a teacher in Rishikesh, India.
I consider Yoga as a philosophy of life, a way of living.
It is my passion to share and help others that also feel the call of Yoga to connect with themselves.

My classes are personalized, one to one. I teach hatha yoga, Vinyasa and Yin yoga classes. I can adapt to all levels.
If you don't have time or you don't feel comfortable going to a studio, I offer you private classes to be able to work more directly with your needs.
A normal class consists of meditation at the beginning to connect. Asanas depending on the area to work and the style and relaxation. It can also include breathing exercises (Pranayama) or/and mantras.
Classes last 60 minutes.
