Design yoga class sequences and provide integrated lesson plans • Include vinyasa and flow formats for beginner and advanced students • Demonstrate postures to students and guide them in finding their right poses • Help students develop their body and mind awareness, as well as physical strength • Ensure the safety and comfort of students during the classes • Lead group meditation sessions and flow yoga projects • Maintain a positive relationship with students and immediately address any concerns. • Offer one-on-one personal classes • Taught meditative techniques, Yoga Nidra, Mantra Chanting, and Pranayama • Encourage gratitude journaling, connecting with nature in classes, and grounding techniques
