I have a Strong Yoga Practice averaging 540 hours of practice annually for the past 6 years! I teach Privates and Groups In-person and via Zoom! I am Trained/Certified to teach Restorative, Yin, Gentle, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Chair Yoga.

I arrive early for each session to speak with and attempt to get to know my students, their needs and Fitness levels/abilities! I base my session on that feedback. I always assign homework based on what I see during the session. And the client always comes back for the next session stronger.
