I love showing students how Chemistry can relate to everyday life because I truly believe students learn best when they are involved in the lesson and see the reasoning/purpose. There are no silly questions in my class!!! After each lesson I provide students with additional material to review on their own, I email any work we did together and provide links related to the lesson. Helen is a well known chemistry teacher, she has helped me and my friends that I referred to a lot. Her spoken English is very good and her teaching technique is simple and easily understood.Helen is always clear, concise and kind. There are not many tutors with her level of patience and communication skills that I know of.
Helen is an individual who does her research before engaging on a topic. For every question I have, she takes her time to explain how to go about solving it and the reasons for the method applied.
I always run away from Electrochemistry, but since I started coaching with Helen, Electrolysis and electrochemistry are now my favorite aspects of chemistry.
