About Pavitra
I am an assistant professor of Yoga at CCSU, Meerut. I have completed my Masters and PhD in Yoga. I am also serving as a National Yoga Coach and trainer from past 15 years.
I have a deep understanding and knowledge of Yoga through which I wish to benefit as many people as I can.

Yoga is a science of human body. 'Yoga' is a Sanskrit term meaning 'to join, unite or yoke together', and the essential purpose of yoga is to bring together body, mind and spirit into a harmonious whole. While providing a healthy body as one of it's advantage.
My class starts with prayer , whole body warm up , Surya namaskara , asanas , pranayama & yoga nindra. Further it's modulated according to the seeker. I speciallise in following types of yoga -
1. Traditional Hatha Yoga
2. Ashtanga Yoga
3. Therapeutic Yoga depending on health problems.
4. Yoga Theory/Scriptures
All the seekers regardless gender and age group are wholeheartedly welcomed.
