About Semanur
I am a yoga practitioner for years and, at the beginning of 2020, I wanted to take my yoga practice one step further, so I joined the RYS 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training at Nepal Yoga Academy, in Kathmandu.

Yoga class is perfect to help release stress and physical tension out of the mind and body. By focusing on stretching areas of your body that hold the most tension such as the hamstrings, glutes, and shoulders, yoga flow will leave you feeling amazing and ready to start your day.
With a gentle increase of movement, yoga postures, therapeutic strength exercises we will be gently stimulating the back muscles, stretching the glutes and hamstrings, and giving our body an opportunity to move with care.
