About Antonio
I am a 200H RYT certified by the Yoga Alliance and a PT and osteopathy student. I have been practicing yoga since 2014 and two years running my own center in Almería. I am trained in both chiromassage and Thai massage, sports biomechanics and biomechanics applied to yoga by Ian Lewis.

My methodology is very personalized and focused on the objectives of each person, my task as a teacher is not to adapt you to yoga but that yoga adapts to you. My classes always start with an initial questionnaire in to understanding what your goals, injuries or possible bodily limitations are. Applying my knowledge of osteopathy and biomechanics I develop a plan of specialized postures and functional movements for your case and the goal that we mark together. In my classes I do not limit it only to classic yoga movements but also incorporate principles of ANIMAL FLOW, Natural movements, CARS, strength and toning exercises, Pilates, contortionism, Detour, all assisted by an anatomical and a functional understanding of the body to ensure the synergy of all disciplines in a training method that will lead you to recover mobility, flexibility and muscle tone.
