About Nikolett
Yoga is a powerful tool that helped me a lot to find my inner peace and balance, in addition to several other positive effects. I have several years of experience of practicing and teaching in different styles: Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga, Yoga for the back. I have also taken courses related to nutrition and healthy lifestyle, so I can also give you advice and recommendations in this field. I think moving around and staying active is important, but other than that, a healthy balanced diet and a positive mindset are imperative to living our life to its full potential. I will do my best to keep you motivated and so that you can achieve your goals.

I offer personalized classes where we discuss your goals and expectations. If you want to improve your flexibility, your physical condition, we can work on that and focus on the practice of asanas and other types of fitness exercises. In case you are more interested in meditation or breathing techniques, we could focus on these areas. Normally we start the class with a short session of meditation and pranayama to bring your attention to the present moment, then we practice different postures depending on your current state it will be a softer / stronger class and we finish in shavasana to relax the body and the mind.

I’ve been learning a lot in my German lessons with Nikolett. It’s definitely a hard language, but it’s going pretty well. Nikolett has been great, and I definitely want to keep her as my teacher. I look forward to continuing on with her classes!
