About Breanna
I believe strongly in the power of movement and breath on the physical, mental-emotional body. During my classes I focus on creating a space of non-judgement and deep relaxation. My classes are centred around uplifting mindful movement and opportunities for the student to explore their own intuitive movement to nourish all aspects of one's self.
I have been teaching since 2014. Immediately after my first training I began to teach full time. In the past 7 years I have taught over 4 thousand hours of yoga. I am a newly certified Yoga Therapy grad. Over the years I have taken numerous trainings that total over 2 thousand hours of training.

Most people have a wellness goal, health concern and mental and emotional stress. You are not standard; there is no other human being like you! That is why yoga classes from a Yoga Therapist are a must! Breanna is a certified Yoga Therapist who will carefully curate a custom yoga class for you, your body and your life.
The last thing you need is to learn many complicated, challenging yoga techniques that you can never practice on your own. Breanna takes the time to understand your life and body to create a comfortable experience during the class and gives you the tools and resources to continue practicing what you have learned.
Breanna specializes in grief, cancer care, chronic pain, healthy ageing, pre & post-natal and mental health.
