About Abhay

I, Abhay, am a Professional Yoga Instructor having experience in one-to-one and group yoga sessions for helping people improve their physical and mental well-being through yoga. I aim to make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of age or fitness level. My goal is to help students build strength, flexibility, confidence, and inner peace through personalized guidance, mindful practice, and a sustainable yogic lifestyle.

About the lesson

Our teaching methods combine Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Pranayama, Meditation, and mindful stretching. Each session includes warm-up, asanas, breathing techniques, and relaxation, tailored to individual goals and fitness levels.
We focus on proper alignment, gradual progression, strength, flexibility, balance, and stress management through personalized home and online sessions.
