About Asma
As a skilled laboratory scientist and researcher, I focus on advanced research techniques and scientific discovery. With extensive experience in both the healthcare laboratory and academic research sectors, I specialize in molecular biology, experimental design, and cutting-edge research methodologies. Additionally, I have taught biology, science, and elective courses, using my expertise to inspire and mentor the next generation of scientists. I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Physiology from the American University of Beirut, where my thesis focused on breast cancer, and a Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences from the same institution. Currently, I am pursuing my doctoral studies at the United Arab Emirates University, where my research investigates DNA repair and cohesion mechanisms in yeast cells. Passionate about teaching others and sharing scientific knowledge.

I taught 3 years Forensics, Biology and Science in UAE. I passed the pedagogy license and have a teaching diploma. I also have experience in training Medical Laboratory students at American University of Beirut Medical Center. I also have experience working in labs whether clinical or research molecular biology labs.
