I am a PhD prepared register nurse who currently teaches entry level biology, anatomy, and physiology at a local community college. I also have 10+ years experience teaching nursing entrance exam and NCLEX test taking skills.
My tutoring philosophy is to not only provide the skills students need for success but to also empower them through providing them test taking skills, study skills, and anxiety reduction techniques. The sciences and nursing school can be very overwhelming and it is my job to break down complex topics into terms and concepts that are easy for you to understand. We will spend time discussing your learning styles, strengths, and weaknesses and your tutoring program will be designed around YOU!
