About Elsa
With a PhD in Python programming and four years of teaching experience, I am passionate about helping students become proficient programmers. I believe that learning programming is best done through hands-on practice, so I focus on providing students with real-world coding challenges to build their skills and confidence. My lessons are tailored to meet the needs of each student, whether they're just starting or looking to advance their Python knowledge. I guide students through complex programming concepts, making sure they understand the core principles before moving on to more advanced topics. In the Python course, we start by learning the core principles of programming, such as variables, data types, and control structures. Students get hands-on experience writing Python code to solve problems ranging from simple calculations to more complex tasks like data manipulation. By the end of the course, students will be proficient in using Python for tasks like automation, data analysis, and web development.
As the course progresses, we cover more advanced topics like object-oriented programming (OOP), algorithms, and libraries such as NumPy and Pandas for data manipulation. We also dive into web development with Python using frameworks like Flask and Django. Through coding projects, students can apply their knowledge to real-world situations, building their portfolios along the way.
