About Mona
Currently I am completing my doctorate in Media & Creative Industries from the University of Loughborough (London campus). I have lived in over several countries including France, the US, Canada, India, Iran and Turkey hence the fluency and interest in languages.
I have a formal academic background in Visual arts and draw on my creative skills a lot when learning myself or teaching others.

The teaching methodology I will follow is to first assess current language skills and then devise a step by step plan to improve on each area comprehensively. Verbal and written skills will be dealt with slightly differently as confidence with verbal proficiency will be built through conversation and readings with an emphasis on enhancing oratory skills and accent etc.
I have taught French at the Alliance Française for two years, mostly to level 1 students, young adults and Summer camp for children. I have also offered private lessons in English for thesis writing and editing skills as well as research proposals for more advanced learners.
