About Willow
My passion for physics began with fascination for natural phenomena and the underlying laws that govern matter and energy. This led me to pursue a B.S. in Physics and an M.S. in Astrophysics, providing a strong foundation in both theory and observation. Over 7 years, I have guided students across a wide range of levels, focusing on conceptual understanding, problem-solving, and real-world applications.
I teach with clarity, patience, and interactive methods. Lessons include demonstrations, visualizations, stepwise problem-solving, and discussions that make physics engaging and approachable. I emphasize understanding over memorization, helping learners think independently and develop confidence in their abilities.
Outside teaching, I remain engaged with research, simulations, and scientific developments, integrating current insights into lessons. Watching students progress from uncertainty to mastery, develop analytical thinking, and enjoy exploring physics is profoundly rewarding. My aim is to foster learners who approach science with curiosity, confidence, and intellectual rigor.
