I put myself in the students shoes to get rid of any prejudices I have acquired about the difficulty of the topic due to my experience.
This allows me to teach the students in a way that best suits them. I relate abstract ideas with everyday examples and believe in a lot of revision. My lesson starts with a overview of the topic and it's historical significance
.Then I ask the students about their existing knowledge so that I can adjust my teaching a ccordingly. I believe in active participation and doing lots of practice to fix the subject in the brain
