About Heena
My interest in physics began when I first studied how simple laws could explain motion, gravity, and energy in the world around us. This curiosity encouraged me to pursue higher education in the subject, where I completed a Master’s degree in Physics. Over the past 8 years, I have taught students at different levels and helped them understand complex ideas through structured explanation and supportive guidance.
I believe that learning physics should involve patience and clarity. Many students initially feel uncertain about formulas and calculations, so I focus on breaking concepts into smaller steps that are easier to understand. By adapting lessons to each student’s pace and learning style, I create an environment where learners feel confident asking questions and exploring ideas.
Outside teaching, I enjoy reading about scientific discoveries and technological advancements related to physics. Staying connected with new developments helps me bring interesting examples into my lessons. Teaching physics is meaningful to me because it allows me to help students move from confusion to understanding while discovering how science explains the world around them.

Physics becomes easier to understand when students see how scientific principles explain everyday events. In my lessons, I focus on helping learners connect physical laws with real situations they observe around them. We begin with foundational topics such as motion, forces, and energy. By studying these concepts step by step, students learn how objects move, interact, and respond to different conditions. Clear explanations and simple examples help students build confidence while understanding the logic behind formulas and calculations.
As lessons progress, students explore important areas such as electricity, waves, and basic thermodynamics. I guide learners through structured problem-solving methods so they understand how to approach physics questions calmly and logically. Diagrams, numerical examples, and conceptual discussions help strengthen understanding. I also encourage students to ask questions and discuss ideas because active participation often makes complex concepts easier to grasp.
Over time, students begin to see physics not as a difficult subject but as a logical way of explaining natural phenomena. They develop stronger analytical thinking and problem-solving skills that support success in examinations and other science subjects. My goal is to help students feel comfortable with physics while building confidence in their ability to understand and apply scientific principles.
