I’m Kavitha Gopinath, a Yoga Teacher and Psychological Counselor from Kerala, India.
I hold Master’s degrees in Yoga and Psychology and have 10 years of experience in yoga teaching. I am a Personal Yoga Trainer, offering one-to-one online sessions through Google Meet.
My sessions include:
• Micro Movements
• Macro Movements
• Yoga Asanas
• Pranayama and breathing practices
• Different types of meditation
• Relaxation techniques
• Self-awareness practices
• Stress management and overall well-being
Each session is personalized according to the individual needs, goals, and comfort of the client. I offer flexible timings to make the sessions convenient for each client.
I maintain complete confidentiality and privacy for every student.
My goal is to help my clients improve their physical health, mental well-being, flexibility, relaxation, self-awareness, and overall quality of life through yoga and mindfulness practices.
Classes are conducted online through Google Meet, allowing you to practice comfortably from your own home.
