We design and plan sessions according to yoga clients' needs and give flexible timing as well. Healthy conversational environment, class duration 45 min to 1 hr, group session and 1:1 session available. Work on tone body, general health, fertility yoga (prenatal and postnatal yoga), kids yoga, breathing techniques for immune system, fast and slow yoga pose sequences. One can feel fresh and alive by joining our yoga session. Minimum fees 450/hr, I'm an International Certified Experienced Yoga teacher. This fee is a great offer to you. Megha is a wonderful yoga teacher! She has been teaching yoga to my since since few months now! I have seen incredible improvement in him! The best part it that she makes it fun and he likes joining the class. She is patient with him and keeps it challenging too. I requested to include breathing and meditation during the session and she did that too. She uses calm voice to make it relaxing too.
Megha mam is a very good teacher. She teaches all the asanas and pranayam in a very calm and beautiful way. In my entire journey of learning yoga from her, i found her very friendly in terms of learning and discussing things. She made me beleive that one can learn yoga online as efficiently as in person.

Megha ma'am was my teacher in Yoga teachers training course. Her teaching methodology, explanation and demonstrations use to be very clear. During the class she focused on each and every student. Correcting them when they were wrong. She paid personal attention to every one. Her knowledge of yogic scriptures was great. I enjoyed learning from her.
