I am a senior premed biology/neuroscience student that has managed a 4.0 throughout college. I have been giving private tutoring lessons through my university for over 3 years and have helped students achieve higher test scores, better comprehension, and have better prepared them for future courses.

My preferred teaching method is to show all of the shortcuts and most efficient ways possible to solve a variety of problems. I find it important to make sure my students understand why something makes sense and not to just memorize a piece of information because I have told them to do so. I am months away from my college graduation and would be best fitted to tutor any students below my current level (i.e. high school or undergrad students) as well as any other students who need a little refresher in a particular subject area.

Details
The rate specified is a flat rate for students of all levels. If it is preferred that I travel to the student's home, the additional travel fee will be effective because I unfortunately drive a car that requires expensive gas. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy, where if I am not contacted at least 24 hours prior to the lesson, the student will still be charged half of the rate.
