About MARIA
I am qualified Hatha Yoga teacher (YTTC 200 HR) practicing in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Radzha Yoga. I am also a qualified fitness trainer (FISAF Aerobics and Power Training).
I've got great experience in leading groups (3 years) as well as giving private lessons. We can have a lot of fun as well as learn all the fundamentals of Yoga.

My classes based on methodology of Hatha Yoga, so during the session we'll start with warming up, than core Asanas, and finish with stretching and Shavasana with simple meditation.
Every time we can bring something new or keep on working specific body parts or Asanas.
I love to work with Beginner/Intermediate level of practitioners and explain and show them all details of the practice.
