I have a passion for teaching yoga, and I love what I do. I have nearly 20 years experience in my practice. I teach all levels of students and all types of yoga. Typically in a private session we discuss the lesson plan prior- and we can work on anything. I can teach gentle Yin yoga, a spicy power Vinyasa flow, or we can work on a few poses that you saw on Instagram or other social media. I am great at getting people into their flexibility. I am hypermobile, so I know exactly how the body has the flexibility to bend. I’m also quite strong and would love to teach an arm balance- really anything you’re into, so am I. Looking forward to seeing you in my class soon!
