My name is Ezgi , and I can't wait to finally meet you in my class!
who am I?
I'm certified yoga instructor with 10 years of experience, I had chance to work with 7 star hotels and many private classes in my local area this far and it still continues, I have completed 1000 + hours of learning and have taught over 300 people. My classes are individualised, personalised, therapeutic and help people achieve their health goals taking into consideration their needs, body type and medical history. After taking the sessions, students have reported relief from spasms, hormonal issues, anxiety, aches, pains and more.
My Yoga clientele includes Film Editors, Pilots, Architect, Filmmakers, Producers, CEO's, Managers, HRs, Members of Royal Families ,Fashion Designers, Business Owners, journalists, Doctors, Teachers,Award winning Authors,
once even had honour to teach a Princess
except this classes I provided, in covid times I started to reach people like you with online classes such as Malaysia, Pakistan, Japan,UK ,USA and many more countries 🫶🏻
I experienced that connection has no boundaries and online yoga is powerful enough to reach you and guide you in your journey!
Except hatha, functional ashtanga and power yoga I provide Mental Health Awareness Yoga classes for Anxiety ,Trauma and Depression,
in my teachings I give whole yoga journey so you can fall in love to Yoga like I did many years a go..
