About Anil
Namaste! I am Anil Chouhan from India, a professional Yoga Teacher with a Master's Degree (M.A.) in Yoga, a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) Certification, and 10 years of teaching experience. I am the founder of Shivatvam Yog and I am passionate about helping people improve their health through authentic yoga, pranayama, meditation, and mindfulness. My goal is to help every student become healthier, stronger, and happier in a safe and supportive environment.

My yoga classes are designed for beginners and intermediate students who want to improve their health naturally. I teach weight loss yoga, flexibility, back pain relief, thyroid care, pranayama, meditation and stress management. Every class includes warm-up, yoga postures, breathing techniques and relaxation with personal guidance in a friendly and supportive environment.
