About Adrija

Competitive tennis coach focused on technical precision, tactical court awareness, and athletic performance. My coaching method combines modern biomechanics with high-intensity situational drilling to help you develop heavier groundstrokes, a weaponised serve, and smart point construction under pressure. I work closely with motivated players who want to sharpen their competitive edge, improve physical conditioning, and win more matches.

About the lesson

Whether you are picking up a racquet for the first time or striving to dominate your local league, each lesson is designed around your specific athletic goals. We break down the core mechanics of modern tennis—clean forehands, dependable backhands, explosive footwork, and a repeatable, stress-free service motion.

For beginners, training focuses on hand-eye coordination, balance, and learning how to sustain fun, consistent baseline rallies without tension. Intermediate and competitive players will focus on aggressive point construction, court positioning, directional control, and tactical shot selection under match pressure.

Every private session balances intensive, structured drilling with real-time match play simulations, helping you develop natural confidence, improve your physical conditioning, and hit every ball with conviction.
