My name is Vikas, and I have been practicing yoga for the last 12 years with 10 years of teaching experience. I run Shambhu Yoga Studio and specialize in advanced yoga asanas, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, prenatal yoga, meditation, flexibility training, and breathwork. My teaching style focuses on safe progress, strength, balance, mindfulness, and helping students build confidence in their yoga journey.

I am a professional yoga teacher specializing in advanced yoga poses, Ashtanga Yoga, Hatha Yoga, prenatal yoga, and meditation.
