About Jorge
Hello! My name is Jorge and I live in Valencia. I am a high school science teacher and bachelor, with a PhD in Biochemistry and Biotechnology from the University of Ghent (Belgium) and a Bachelor of Biotechnology from the UPV. In addition, I graduated with honors during the Baccalaureate in the speciality natural sciences and health + technical scientist. I love teaching and I am very motivated to help other people. I have several years of experience tutoring students.

Memorizing data without understanding it is a waste of time. In my classes I want the student himself to be able to explain the subject to me. To achieve this goal, we can try different study techniques until we find the one that best suits each person. Diagrams, routine programming, practical cases, study cards, mind maps, mnemonic rules ... are all strategies that we can try together.

He sido profesora de Jorge, estupendo alumno. Con el tiempo impartió clases a alumnos de secundaria y bachiller. Hay que destacar la cantidad de recursos que tiene para hacer que los alumnos aprendan, además de la paciencia y su implicación.
Como alumna suya que he sido, puedo decir que su capacidad para comunicar y hacerse entender es enorme: siempre encuentra la manera de que entiendas todo, sea mates, biología, física o química; además de la infinita paciencia que tiene y las ganas y empeño que le pone.
Jorge es un gran "profe", tenaz, paciente , dinámico y con sentido del humor. Con él entenderás esos conceptos que se te resisten y aprenderás con facilidad.
Recomiendo mucho a Jorge. Nuestro hijo Andrés pasó de suspender las matemáticas a sacar notas medianamente decentes. Jorge es una persona calmada, amable y que parece conectar muy bien con nuestro hijo.
Jorge es un profe paciente que se explica de forma clara y se esfuerza por hacerse entender. Se nota que se prepara un montón las clases y en casa estamos encantados con su trabajo.
