About Taisiya
For over 3 years, I devote myself to the study of yoga in all its aspects, practical as philosophical. Learning yoga made me aware of the many capabilities of the human being physically and spiritually. I now want to pass welfare to anyone who wishes.

My classes are for those who wish through the tools of yoga to maintain and improve their physical and mental shape, overcome stress, depression, relieve some health problems, and simpliment amegliorer the quality of life. My priorities are health, safety and individuality chaqun. I offer tutoring in your home or mine. Classes last one hour or 1h30 according to your wishes. My approach addresses many techniques of yoga (asanas, breathing practices, vinyasa, relaxation, songs, etc.), theory (yoga philosophy), the healthy nutrition databases etc. Depending on your profile and your goals, we will tailor the most appropriate technique. The main objective of my course is to provide autonomy to my students by teaching them to practice in a correct and safe way yoga techniques. I also teach my students how to understand his body, better know and manage emotions.
