Tuve la oportunidad de conocer al señor saíto Martínez a través de unas clases que dictaba a personas de diferentes edades con mucho profesionalismo, paciencia y tolerancia y sobre todo manejo del tema, tanto en la parte delos ejercicios corporales como en el conocimiento de los diferentes tipos de meditación. Que son de gran importancia para el cuerpo y el alma me parece un gran profesor porque me ayudo a mejorar mi aspecto físico y conocer los tipos de alimentos que requiere el cuerpo para tener una vida saludable. Mi mayor experiencia es que desde que practico las diferentes clases de entrenamiento baje de 74 kg a 67 kg…con todo mi respeto mi sincero agradecimiento.
