I studied Mexican gastronomy because I am passionate about my culture and traditions; In Mexico we say "love you" through food, for something we are one of the 4 kitchens considered intangible heritage of humanity.
Teaching is another thing that I am passionate about, I think the best way to leave a mark in this world is to share your knowledge. I will be happy to share them with you.

I will share with you the culture and traditions of Mexico through its gastronomy.
I will teach you to adapt the means we have in a foreign country to make your dishes as reliable as possible.
You will learn about various types of spicy and how play with the heat levels to adapt your dishes to your needs.
I promise to teach you how to taste tequila correctly.
I will show you how to adapt any dish to a vegetarian or vegan option and how Mexican cuisine can provide you with a good nutritional balance.

I offer you face-to-face classes during my stay since in addition to having all the necessary means for a correct and didactic class, you will find yourself in an environment disconnected from the hustle and bustle and you will enjoy a tasting of your preparations. The price will be € 15/1 hour, the recommended hours to enjoy a class that allows us to live and deepen the subject will be 5 hours, for this you have a reduced package of € 60/5 hours or whatever.
